The hypothetical Transneptunians allow me to see charts in greater depth. The hypotheticals are something like another layer added to a piece of music. I have found claims that the hypotheticals only reinforce information already elsewhere in a chart to be completely wrong. Insights not available with the planets alone become apparent with the eight Transneptunians. That is what I have discovered, and why I always include them.

For those who care to consider more esoteric ideas, some people have claimed that astrologers who use the hypotheticals had past lives as astrologers in Atlantis. While I do not have any memories or proof of such a claim for myself, I was drawn to the hypotheticals early in my studies.
